HORRIBLE! I’m shocked! The lady “receptionist” has no clue on how to do them, she just randomly plucks your hair, the wax not even hot to actually do something... I left in the middle of it! I had a mani pedi although the ladies are super nice and friendly it’s a waste of money. I really regret having chosen this place as my local ones are closed today. She ruined my eyebrows and her treatment is awful !!!!
