Regrettably my worst trip to the salon yet. I usually love this place and the manicure/pedicures are always spot on. This time I felt like my treatments were rushed and not carried out with as much care as usual. The girl doing my toes managed to file my skin too so now I have redness around my nails which is sore. My finger nails usually feel quite strong after having a shellac mani but this time they feel weaker than without polish and like they're going to snap. I'm not sure why the service wasn't as good this time, maybe they were having a bad day!

I had an extremely high quality French manicure from Federica. I especially appreciated that she took time to create an exact "look" that I wanted. I was also impressed that everything was running on time in the salon despite being very busy, and that you can get a cup of tea!
