Loved the fact that they accommodated me with a rescheduled appointment the next day. However, I was trying to contact them on the day of the original appointment to tell them I was going to be late but I couldn't get through and after half an hour I finally got through to voicemail where I left a message. The venue is nice and modern with trendy decoration. The girls were polite and offered me a drink. The treatment itself though wasn't what I expected - during the treatment, one of my fingers was bleeding lightly because of the force the young lady was using on my nails. It's understandable, it can happen but it hurt and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, the very next day one of the nails was already chipped. A bit disappointed.
