Lovely staff. The owner was so sweet and chatty. The HD brows I got done look awesome and and wax, while a little uncomfortable (I hate getting them done. Anywhere. By anyone.) was relatively painless and again, the girl doing it was really nice.

I have been to Clapham Nail and beauty Lounge a few times and it is always a pleasure to return. The staff are really friendly and make you feel at ease. I will definitely return again.
