I was late because of a previous appointment running over at another salon and the staff were so accommodating. I had a Hollywood wax and it was quick and one of the least painful I've had in all of London, with great results! Will definitely go back.

My experience here this time was all round average. It was mostly a combination of lots of little things that could have been easily avoided, from the therapist not wearing a pair of gloves, to the '5 minute foot scrub' lasting all of 30 seconds. Had a better experience here last time i came for a pedicure, so i would probably give them another go.
