This was only my second time to get a Brazilian wax, and since it was at a new place, I was still quite nervous. I had also never gotten my legs or armpits waxed, so that was fully new to me. At first I was uncomfortable and a bit disappointed because the technician didn't talk at all. I was hoping for a bit more guidance on how it all worked there, and did not get it. However, as I started to chat to her, she talked more and was actually very nice. It helped loosen the atmosphere. I think she is probably used to customers not wanting to have conversations, while I was just the opposite.
All in all, it was a very good experience and I am very pleased with the results.

The price for the gel nails was fine but I think the price for gel nail infills is a bit more than I thought it would be. Staff very friendly and chatty.
