When cutting my cuticles back there was a lot of bleeding and now my cuticles look a mess. Although I asked for square shape my nails are all sorts of different shapes and have not all been made the same length as I requested. The shellac colour is uneven and patchy, could have done with another layer.

The lady carrying out the Hollywood wax was efficient and professional. To be fair I paid £22.00 for it, job was done to a decent standard. HOWEVER I wouldn't go there again personally because of the ambience and level of cleanliness was just filthy. I could see a thick film of dust in the treatment room on the trolley. There was hammers and screws openly laid out...also the calibre of products to which the therapist had at hand wasn't to my liking or standard. This treatment was initially priced much higher I think £35. I would never pay that much for such a place. I'M sorry I wish I could describe it in another way!
