Fantastic service as always, and despite a bit of a hiccup in the first manicure they were re=done to perfection for no extra charge later that day. I'll keep coming back, the standard is almost always top notch.

The waxing service was fantastic as was my eyebrow threading (I love the shape!) and the staff super friendly as always. Unfortunately my eyebrow tint has come out too dark and my eyelash tint not dark enough but admittedly, I did not consult with the therapist on how dark I wanted them so this is mostly my own fault. The staff here always provide a fantastic service and it is great value for money.

My treatment was shellac not gel. The price was expensive for the quality - there are other nail bars on the same road offering same for £16. I had to ask for nails to be reshaped twice after lady said she was done. She also nicked my cuticle quite badly. Nails chipped on day 2 for no particular reason. Painter was very quick but quality lacking. Lots of confusion over appointment slot and finding venue.
