I was rushed through my appointment and the receptionist ended up doing my gel manicure as the allocated member of staff wasn't free at the time. She attempt to make any small talk and was looking around the room at her colleagues during the treatment. Was very slapdash and very rough when filing and trimming cuticles, this often hurt and I had to interrupt her several times. Shellac was done very quickly in about 25 when it was meant to take 35 minutes.
No hand cream at the end.
Won't be coming back.
