The receptionist/manager greeted me and offered me a drink whilst I I waited. A young girl did the gel removal whilst I was sat in the waiting chair and then a technician did the manicure. Overall I am very happy with my nails - she could have been a bit gentler when doing the cuticles and she did nip my skin a couple of times. I will be returning - no frills but overall good service.
