I've been here a couple of times now and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they're having an off day, but I don't think I'll be returning again. Every time I've been here I've had to wait 15-30 minutes after my appointment time as they're running late. I've had a lovely Spanish girl do my brows before who was great and really took her time and made sure that I was happy with them. But I've had a girl called Preeti a couple of times who doesn't take the same care over my brows (doesn't consult me, misses lots of areas, leaves wax all over my brows) and I have to request that she finishes the job. Quite disappointing.

Nice little place. Staff are really friendly. The manicure here is great and threading is brilliant as well. Would definitely recommend to others.

Worst HD brows I've ever had and definitely not worth the money. Was passed around staff and not consulted about what I wanted my eyebrows to look like. Very unhappy with the experience.
