It was very efficient getting the mani and pedi at the same time, but it really didn’t feel safe having the uv lamp threaded from a socket over a basin full of water with my feet in it. Also slightly disappointed that my cuticles weren’t pushed back in the mani, so it won’t last that long. Pedi was excellent, and people friendly.
This salon has improved since I visited a few months ago, but it still has a way to go to compete with other salons in London that charge a similar price.
The interior could do with a freshen up, the pedicure itself was ok but not the neatest (few bubbles under the shellac in places and a few areas where the shellac is touching the skin around the nail)
The technician was very lovely though, very professional
Come here often so I am a fan but just realised my usual manicure has been downgraded to an ‘express’, didn’t mind too much as I don’t enjoy cuticle work. The therapists can tend to be ever so slightly heavy handed.
That said the reason I keep coming back here is for two reasons. 1. Best range of colours 2. Length of durability.
Twice recently I had had to make a 3rd choice of colour as my fist and second choice had ran out. Annoying but I hope unusual.
