Impressed with overall layout and décor of the salon. The receptionist and staff seemed pleasant and professional, however, my actual therapist let that down. No barrier cream was applied to the surround of my eyebrows, resulting in my skin also being dyed, which was incredibly disappointing. The therapist also waxed the same area of skin about 3-4 times resulting in a large burn on my left eyebrow, on top of the tinted skin. In the end, I had to request that she clean the dye off of my skin, as she didn't seem to see a problem with it- weird(!) Overall, an ok service, however for me personally, it' wasn't worth the cost, nor the visible black burn/scab.
