Great service polite staff, even let me reschedule my appointment no questions asked as I was late. Only complaint is that the lashes said they would keep for a month and after 1 day a few had already fallen out. Other than that great service.

I was really looking forward to this appointment having not had my eyelashes done in a while and having read the reviews this seemed like a great choice. The staff themselves were nice as was the salon. However, after about nine hours after getting my eyelash extensions done one of my eyes starting swelling up. It was so bad by the morning I had to take the day off work to go and get them removed. When I got there I was a bit shocked in the service, I waited 2 hours before getting them removed,all the while the 7 or so members of staff seemed to just stand about not doing much(not taking into account I am losing money not being at work) one of them then put me onto the phone to the owner who confused me with another customer she had that day and basically blamed me for the reaction as she had me mixed up with another customer who had eyelashes put on to an eye that still had extensions from another place (I haven't had them done for years.) w
When they finally got removed the beautician insisted it was due to an allergic reaction even though it was on one eye only. However, after taking them off there was a small cut on my eyelid where some had been incorrectly put on. After all this I fully expected to get an immediate refund however after now 10 days I still haven't received anything! Really really disappointed given how lovely I initially thought this place was. I am still waiting a refund and have full pictures of the state of my eye that took a week to go down!
