My appointment was on time. Slightly disappointed that the beautician got eyelash tint on my skin on the bottom of my eye, hence only giving 3 stars

Went for shellac manicure which came off after 5 days. I called in to request another layer upon which I was met by the rudest receptionist and customer service I have experienced in my entire life. The lady would not let me explain, she simply said policy is they do not fix it if a week has passed. I got a little annoyed by the fact the period is so short when they claim their shellac will last over 2 weeks and mine was rubbing off after 5 days. She simply refused to hear me and hung up the phone on me!! I called back to get to a resolution but as soon as she heard it was me she hang up the phone - 3 times all in all. I am a repeat customer. I have never had any issue with any one else in this venue but this lady honestly blew my mind and made me speechless- literally. I would never recommend this venue based on my experience. I am so appalled I wont even pursue a refund. I would pay to not have to deal with them again!
