When I arrived I realised that my appointment was mixed up and scheduled for another day. I was extremely disappointed as the treatment was supposed to be my birthday treat. Marcia has made the absolute impossible to accommodate me and I even got an 'upgraded' eyelash treatment which was immaculately performed by Karolina. Both these ladies made my day - thank you!
