I was disappointed this time having been there once before and being impressed with the nails. This time I felt like the lady who was doing my nails was a trainee as she took ages, didn't touch my cuticles and the overall nails were a bit messy. She also filed the surface too much and I think shes thinned my nail. They chipped the next day and I won't be returning.
