As usual, fantastic service. I love coming to this salon, the manicurists are so professional and its such a relaxing atmosphere. I will continue to travel from North London to have my nails done here for a long time!

I live round the corner and had been here a few times for the mink wow lashes & eyebrow tint/wax and was always really happy - good value for money and great end results. This time, while my eyelashes were fab from Karolina I didn't have the girl who has done my brow tint & wax previously (Kristina) instead it was Preeti. Firstly she waxed nearly all of my eyebrows off (top & bottom!) barely leaving any hair despite me saying I'm growing them, and then tinted my raw skin. After, she tried fobbing off my tinted skin as thicker eyebrows! When I queried why she didn't tint first and then wax like pretty much every half decent technician does she said this was only for the MD brow treatment (treble the cost) which was 6 stages. Fair enough, I wasnt asking for extra stages just the method to be done correctly. I pointed out the previous times I'd visited this hadn't been the case, nor have I ever had it like this before. Seemed a cheap ploy for extra £. The lovely lady who I assumed to be the owner in all fairness could see I was pretty peeved as I was leaving and kindly offered my next visit complimentary but I won't be returning unfortunately which is a shame as I really liked this local salon. If you go, book in with Kristina and avoid Preeti.

I've been here a few times and the staff are always lovely and do a good job however twice I've had a therapist who has cut my cuticles too close and drawn blood. Won't stop me going back but I don't enjoy that!
