The waxing beautician is fantastic and always does a thorough job which is why I go back. I really recommend this salon, her techniques are so good and makes it less painful, however do not when you're in a hurry. The could improve on their time management as I always have to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time.

This place is fantastic - I've become a regular as not only are all the ladies there very professional, they're super friendly as well. Also the shellac is great - it stays on for 2 weeks minimum, no chips or peels which is rare for me as my nails haven't always taken well to gel polish. Lovely salon - can't recommend enough!

I've always had a wonderful experience at this place, mostly with Andrea. This time around, I was tended to by an extremely inexperienced/unskilled manicurist who did a job I could've done at home. Thankfully, in the end Andrea finished it off so it didn't up being that bad of a job, but still a bit disappointing...
