Really friendly staff (with cups of tea!) and such an array of gel colours to choose from.
Last time I went the lady was incredibly quick and applied the gel colour so professionally that it lasted over 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the lady this time took quite a while longer to apply the gel and a week after having this gel manicure the colour is chipping; I think it was applied too thick and slightly over the edges.
