I visited on a Sunday evening and was extremely disappointed with the service. Kept waiting for 10-15 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment, only to be told that as another treatment was going on in the back room I would have to have my facial treatment at the front of the salon right next to the glass window/front door. The actual treatment was of an okay standard, but nothing special and definitely did not get value for money. The owner spoke very oddly to the young girl who was doing my treatment and I couldn't relax as the atmosphere was all wrong (kept getting the breeze blowing in through the door). I would not return.
