I pre-booked my appointment with Preeti and was disappointed to find out she wasn't working that day. I wasn't told by anyone that I would be having a different beautician which was disappointing. The beautician I did have was ok but not up to the same standard as Preeti.

Had a new beautician which I wasn't too fond off as I have always had a great experience with Cristina. Had booked Preeti for my eyebrows but was given a different beautician without explanation of the change. A very unusual experience as I normally have no issues here.
