I went in for gel removal, file and polish. When taking off my gel nails Natasha kept burning me with electronics nail file. I then got a normal file and nail polish. The nail polish wasn’t dry enough when she was done so it snuffed easily. Within a day the polish was chipped and my nails started breaking as they were filed down so thin they easily bent and snapped. £35 down the drain and I will not be returning.
