Always 5/5 for Pretti's facials - they're great, thorough, and leave my face feeling fresh and new. The staff are all lovely and really accommodating, and the price is great value.

Brought this deal from treatwell, got there had the most awful pedicure! And at the end got charged 7 pounds more for no reason! For an apparent lux pedicure that took them 20 min as my feet didnt need any skin removal. Worst experience ever, total to AVOID at all costs. Receptionist 'seems' nice and then overcharges you giving the most ridiculous reason. Horrible treatment, have to go to another place for a proper pedicure as my nails are hurting me. Just lost a potential new client with this lack of service and overcharging!
