My appointment was delayed by at least half an hour, and my nail technician changed part way through the manicure. However, I am very pleased with the quality of the end result, as my nails are perfectly painted in the brightest colour of red I've ever seen.

I had my first ever bikini wax with Anna and I had a great experience. I was nervous because it was my first time, but Anna put me at ease and was chatty and distracting from the pain! I will definitely be going back for what I was promised will be a less painful second time round!

I'm really happy with my mani & pedi - the quality is second to none.
The salon was a little hectic though - there were some issues with scheduling, so everyone was running late.
Also, the cleanliness wasn't great. Because it was so busy, the lady doing my pedicure went straight from finishing my feet, to doing someone's eyebrows. And I didn't see her wash her hands.
It's a shame, as the ladies are so talented and always do a great job with my nails.
