I've been going here regularly for a shellac pedicure for about two years. Always a pleasant experience and will continue to go back. My only piece of feedback is that they're a little bit aggressive when using a nail file to remove the initial layer of shellac.

Lovely facial with Pretti - as always. Booked the deluxe and highly recommend.
Was in the rooms at the back of the salon, nice ambience away from the hustle and bustle of the salon outside. Felt very relaxed but also cleansed and rejuvinated.

Very slow - I was there for over 2 hours - had to wait for 30 minutes at the start and then another 20 minutes between treatments

I am very disappointed from the salon and the treatment. The place was very disorganised, messy and dirty. The treatment was supposed to last half an hour, but because they were late in setting everything up it only lasted 15mins. The hygiene was appaling, as the tools used were cleaned just by placing them all in a basin full of water!! The staff was not friendly and always looking at their phone/talking to their colleagues, instead of being present. I paid for the most expensive pedicure treatment, but it didn't even include hard skin scrubbing - what a waste of money. I will not go back there for sure!
