I went to this salon as my first visit for gel manicure was great. The manicure before polishing was amazing which was done by the lady who was heavily pregnant then and the gel polishing was done by the lady who sits closest/next to the window - i am sorry not to have her name. I was chuffed with both jobs done. However this time it was completely someone else and unfortunately the result has changed dramatically. The manicure was not good at all as the shape of the nails all looked different and they had the angle from however my hand was held from opposite. In the same way the gel polish was not covering my nails at the corners completely on certain fingers. It was a light colour so I realised it when I left. Couldn't go back to correct them as I had came to Clapham North from the other end of London just for this! The gel polish stayed for more than 2 weeks without being chipped so it must be great quality product however the service would be a gamble if you do not specify who should be doing the job.

I've been going here regularly for a shellac pedicure for about two years. Always a pleasant experience and will continue to go back. My only piece of feedback is that they're a little bit aggressive when using a nail file to remove the initial layer of shellac.
