Gutted that kristina has left! She was the best waxer I have had in London and kept me returning as a regular customer. The new waxer is really lovely too but took over twice as long, the wax was also far too hot and scalded me several times which was very painful. The final results were good though. I will probably try one more time in case this was just an off day.
