Originally made my appointment for 6:15, then received an email to let me know it was changed to 5:50, then 6pm then back to 5:50. Had to leave work early. Got to the salon and was left waiting half an hour. Didn't get seen to until after my original booking at 6:15. I know they explained they were busy, but it was slightly frustrating getting there early and not actually getting seen to until after my original booking. Marina was lovely and very apologetic. I think they just need to sort out their scheduling system. I'll still book to go back though :)
