The salon was lovely, my overall negative experience is completely down to Treatwell booking my appointment for 9 when the salon opened at 10 and therefore I had to wait around for an hour and wasted a lot of time on a Saturday morning. After emailing Treatwell twice I have not received any explanation or apology for the inconvenience.

As ever the manicure and pedicure was great and lasted well. However the venue is not always clean- I had someone else's nail clippings next to me when I had my manicure- not nice
