I originally gave a 5* review but unfortunately now have to change it to 1*. I had a shellac manicure. After one day there was a crack on my thumb nail and I have been away on holiday since my nails were done and within a week my nails turned brown on the edges and brown spots and marks in the middle. The colour I chose was a light pink so it is very noticeable. It looks unsightly and as soon as I got back which was one day prior of 2 weeks, I contacted them by telephone and had to explain a few times and then asked to send pictures by email which I did immediately and no- one has got back to me. Today I tried calling several times, no answer. I feel cheated because paying £28 for it to not last a week is awful and not okay. I have had shellac done in other places and after 4 weeks my nails have still been in pristine condition. I am disappointed because I chose this salon as I saw nothing but great reviews and Katarina who did my nails was really great but I'm not sure whether there is something wrong with the polishes but to receive no help or contact after I have tried to speak to them about it does not render me to go back again.
