I had been a customer of the Nail & Beauty Lounge for about 3 years and I was very happy with their waxing services and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of this place. The girls that were working there were all very nice, friendly and polite. All that until my last visit where I realised that they had hired new people. The girl that did my bikini wax was so unprofessional. She didn't use gloves, didn't sterilise the tools and was annoyed when I asked her to, was very rude and basically didn't know how to do a hot wax. I had to leave my session half way through, after asking to be served by someone else and she refused to ask one of her colleagues. I asked for a partial refund and the manager refused to listen to me. Don't recommend this place and I'm never going there again.

Treatment takes a while and this is the second time i have had these done- got loads of compliments and they have lasted better than the last time.

Lovely natural eyelashes! Very very happy! Only con is that my lashes have fallen out on one side quite abit and it's only been 2 weeks :(
