MD brows are not HD! My brows look fine but definitely not HD which they claim to be better than. I booked under the impression I was getting HD's.
Also brushes and equipment used were not clean! Wax pot was filthy. Concealer was put on with a dirty brush after without me being asked, I definitely would have said no had I been asked.
Staff were very pleasant.

The girl giving a manicure next to me splashed me and my M Kors portfolio with a liquid and it now has stains, but even better, the business owner refused to see the damage. I was not even offered an apology for the hole thing. Looks like I'll have to find an alternative place for my treatments. This last time was awful, staff was definitely less friendly than usual and environment far from relaxing.
