I booked on treatwell at 9.30am for a noon booking. They called me at 11.30am telling me that they had double booked and had to move me back to 12.40. Unfortunately, by the time I actually received the message, I was already there (11.40am). When I arrived I was greeted by the most unhelpful person there, she just looked at me with a blank face saying that my appointment was at 12.40 and I had to come back. She was unapologetic, and through that, made me feel frustrated that she could be so rude. I asked them if they could move it back, but they were 'fully booked'. I left, came back for the later time, and when I arrived the salon was empty. Overall my treatment was good and my manicurist did a really through job, my nails look really good. However, when I was having my manicure, there was only one other customer in the salon and 2 other staff members without clients. I noticed there were about 2 walk in customers, who were immediately accommodated for (one of them wanted a gel manicure). It's a pity that the one rude staff member really dampened the experience, she needs to learn customer service skills and know how to smile. Overall an average experience- at the end of the day.
