The treatment was OK. I was not impressed by the lady who gave me the shellac manicure as her work was not very careful and did not speak very good English so communication was an issue. There was nail varnish on my cuticles after the manicure and I asked for her to remove it so she started filing my skin. I went home and took the rest off myself. The end result is ok. The lady at reception though was great. Overall I don't think I'll go back to the salon.

I wouldn't recommend this venue. I was really let down by the general state of the venue and ultimately of the service provided. I was expecting eyelash extensions, but there was some confusion with how they advertised the service on treatwell, so instead of individual lashes I was given cluster lashes. the service was done in the window of the store, which felt really strange! I was offered no drink, my bag and coat stayed on my lap since no one offered to take them, the venue was quiet, with no chatter or ambience and the eyelashes lasted all of 3 hours. While I got them done, the glue went into my eye a few times which understandably made my eyes water. I was told that this is the reason the eyelashes didn't stick properly and was almost made to feel as if I was partly responsible. I had to go back the same day to have the whole lot removed as they had half come out, they looked dodgy and I was really unhappy. Getting my refund wasn't easy either, I was told that the receptionist didn't have the authorisation to issue a refund, but she ended up giving me the refund as I was quite firm. The lady who did my lashes was quite nice and gentle, but she was on her phone as I got there and didn't Like, wash her hands or anything which I thought would have been standard. So all in all, I would never recommend thus salon. not the worst out there, but there are plenty of salons which are A LOT BETTER, for the same price!
