The staff is very friendly and offered me a tea while I waited. My only complaint was that a few of the staff members were late (it was a Saturday morning) which lead to my appointment feeling as though it was being rushed through. With that being said, I am satisfied with the result of my eyebrow threading and will continue to go here.

I used to love this place and specifically travelled from Essex to this place just to get my nails done. I waited for an extra week especially to book in with Marina, knowing that she works brilliantly and when I turned up they told me that she was not in that day. I believe this should have been communicated beforehand if a certain person is chosen, rather than 'any'. As I traveled a long journey I accepted someone else and because the every other week the girls who are doing your nails are changing there, i had someone that I never had experience with. She was lovely but my nails were really poorly done. Because they were not cleaned properly my nails had bubbles when nailpolish applied ad dried like that on the majority. My cuticles were not done properly so they started drying and curling after the manicure. Overall I was very disappointed as I feel like another manicure has gone and by the time I left the place I wanted to get rid of the job that has just been done.
