Had another fantastic Hollywood wax by Reshma. She is really professional and makes it totally painless! She works quickly but does a really good job - I would highly recommend her.

I absolutely love this place, I was running late so they kindly rescheduled my appointment. They score 100 for customer service, they even offered my boyfriend the choice of: tea, coffee, water or tea. Keep up the good work ladies.

Lovely friendly staff and really pleased with my brow shape and colour. Great that they're open on Sundays too - very useful. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because they were running 25mins late, otherwise all was great.
