They did a fantastic job of my pedicure but the atmosphere in the salon wasn't great. Absolutely worth it for the value though - i'll definitely go back!

I had been here once before and had excellent overall experience. This time not so great. I paid for Shellac manicure and was expecting the CND Shellac. The staff were only showing me DND polish and were very reluctant for me to look at the CND Shellac colours they had. When I asked for an actual Shellac colour, the lady got it for me then picked up a DND alternative. I was very annoyed by this and told her no I want Shellac not the DND brand. I asked for CND Shellac colour swatch which I could see on the shelf but they ignored me. The lady who did my nails was very unfriendly and seemed agitated and rushed my nails because she was looking after a child who was sat in the corner asking for more sweets. It was obvious the lady just wanted to go home. The polish came out uneven and messy when she finished. I felt tense the whole way through and just felt like a burden because I was preventing her from going home. I’m very disappointed with this level of service and I don’t appreciate the staff trying to force me to have a different type of polish when that’s not what I had paid for.

Great service and very friendly staff. The pedicure was perfect especially if you’ve neglected your feet throughout the winter. My technician had great attention to detail and checked if I was happy with my colour and shape at intervals before proceeding. I had the luxury of going on a Monday so the salon was quite quiet and chilled.
