Such a lovely team. It was such great experience. Lucia was absolutely amazing and my nails are stunning
Lee actually did my nails, he went above and beyond. I came in to fix two nail but he had a quick look and fixed the cuticles on my other nails and gave them a fresh coat of paint. My nails look amazing. So happy and pleased with the end result
The venue and Lucia were super lovely and asking me all the time if I am happy. I really was until the next day when the gel started coming off after less than 24 hrs, I wasn't even doing any hard manual work. I tried to contact the salon to give them a chance to fix it, I even went there in person during their opening hours but they were closed! I am very disappointed and will not come back again, not worth the money, I would not recommend this salon, very poor nail gel quality
Lee was absolutely brilliant! Gave me completely what I had in mind and he was so accommodating. Everything here is so lovely and welcoming, you feel like you’re at home as soon as you walk through the door! My Nuvogel extensions were still looking beautiful after 4 weeks.
Went here for the first time over the weekend to get a gel pedicure and I was not impressed that not even a few hours later, there was a big chip on my big toe. Gel polish is meant to last way longer and because the drying process is different than regular polish, I told the girl who did my toes that i didn't think they were dry. She assured me they were but I really felt like I was being rushed out since another customer had come in. So with the final product and how the service was: 6.5/10.
