Booked for a particular beautician and she was not even working that day. Told staff that she should not be bookable on Treatwell if she isn’t working and they seemed unapologetic. Not good especially as I’ve been going here for over a year now

Nails look great but it always seems a bit frantic in there. Unfortunately both times I have been they have run out of the colours I would like. I was told they would be back in stock in a couple of days.. but that doesn't really help me! With that being said, the colour I chose in the end is lovely.
