I had eyelash extensions here this morning, and whilst the extensions are very good and the therapist who did them was lovely, the overall experience was, unfortunately, negative. There was a mess up with the timings of the booking that was not my fault (I booked for 11am but the text confirmation in the morning said 10am), and meant I turned up an hour early (and extremely stressed by the change on a very busy day). At no point did anybody apologise or give any good customer service response (other than my actual therapist was very professional and lovely). In fact, I felt like the staff and manager thought I was being unreasonable by even mentioning it. I definitely won't use this salon again or recommend it to a friend, which is a shame as the lash work was good - but I I felt the staff were unprofessional with poor customer service skills and I need a more reliable booking system.
