I have quite a few waxes here and never had a problem. Unfortunately, I had to wait half an hour to be seen which was quite frustrating as I had dinner plans later that evening. The wax itself seemed fine at the time but when I got home, I realised that one part of my skin had been overwaxed leaving it really red and sore. I've been having waxes for about 7 years now and I've never had this problem. Hate to leave a bad review here because I do come all the time and for my nails too but I did want to leave some feedback.
