I’ve been here so many times before and had such a great experience but this time I was shunted back and forth between staff and the whole thing lasted over two and half hours because I had to keep waiting for spaces to become free. The manicure did not last at all and started chipping within a few days. Really disappointed

I love this salon. It's no frills and often you have to wait a bit for your treatment but the staff are excellent, professional and so friendly. The treatments are brilliant which is why I always come back and the therapists are so lovely. The manager/ receptionist is always so friendly and at my last appointment I had to wait a little between appointments and so they offered me a complimentary service. Highly recommend!
