My booking was incorrect even though I had been sent three confirmation emails. I booked for a Wednesday, and even called the day before to check, and when I arrived they said that they were expecting me on Sunday. I went on holiday without having my eyelashes done. The staff offered me a discount on a manicure but it was still extremely annoying. Please sort your booking system.

Very good deluxe pedicure and manicure. The quality of the nail polish seems very good and resistant. I would have appreciated some cream on the toes after the pedicure, which I was given for my hands, but overall very good experience, I might come back. The ladies are kind.

This is a hidden gem! May not be as sleek as a central london job but the service is the first class. Everyone there listened to what i wanted and made recommendations without pushing me into a decision. Gave great advice about having more of an arch to my brow without me loosing the thickness (which i was worried about) colour matched perfectly and the lashes are some of the best i have had. look great took her time and gave a full and yet natural fabulous look!! will be coming back for the MD brows and + mink lash combo again .
