Hard skin removal was very good however the polish colours are totally different on your nails to how they look on the pops! Took four or five tries to find the colour I wanted - which the member of staff was semi-annnoyed about, rather unfairly! Didn’t seem to understand why it would be unacceptable to have the wrong colour shown and why I therefore wasn’t happy with it when it was out on the first nail - no apology either. Not impressed.

Very friendly and professional staff. Slight concern about intimate wax hygiene; potentially double dipping wax sticks but can’t be sure
