Usually have a great experience here but I thought the therapist today (wax and pedi) was a little inexperienced, also for some reason they were blasting REALLY loud dance music in the salon, not relaxing at all.

The manicure itself is great as always, but I had three different people work on my nails and it took nearly 2 hours for a shellac and removal which is a bit inconvenient
