Treatment is excellent quality and the ladies providing the treatment are lovely when you can actually get seen - however booking process is a nightmare. They never answer the phone, treatwell confirmations get moved around via email without consulting you, and I have since resorted to booking in person in the salon, but those still get moved around via email without being asked, and to inconvenient middle of the day times when had originally booked for after work. Hard to contact anyone at the salon when that happens, and if you do get through, they say they will come back to you and never do. Never enough staff in store to show up for a walk-in either.
