Had booked shellac nails but as I was on my way to the treatment from work I got a text to say it had been moved back by 25 mins, which I wouldn’t have been able to make as I needed to be somewhere for a certain time. As I turned up I came to realise that it was moved back because someone had called in so they’d fit her in and moved me back. I still turned up as I am going on holiday tomorrow so need my nails done and I’d already paid, and they did manage to ‘fit’ me in. However, I had a technician who clearly doesn’t do nails often as she couldn’t work a piece of equipment and 2 of my fingers bled, although she was nice and friendly which was unlike one the ladies who shaped my nails. I suspect that if they had kept to my original time and I’d have had the technician I was supposed to have my experience would have been very different.
