I am very dissapointed about the service I received this time around. They were running late and did not communicate that while I was sitting there instead they decided to push my appointment and send me a text about it when I was sitting right there which is very rude! I had to go back a few days later to get my nails fixed as they cracked. I was being blamed for that my as well which was very frustrating and no one was listening to what I actually wanted. Getting my nails done should be relaxing for me but I feel like going to this salon just stresses me out. I think it’s time for me to look for somewhere else to get my nails done.

The pedicures I’ve had here have always been great, but this time my appointment was half an hour late and the colour of my shellac nail varnish is very patchy and uneven.
