Waxed too much on eye lid so left scabs. Music also played through phone so every time phone rings it rings really loud through the speakers and stops the music ruining the atmosphere

I felt quite sorry for the nails staff because one of them had gone off sick so 2 left were trying to do some serious juggling! I didn’t mind because I had no plans for the evening. They remained calm to their credit and still managed to smile whilst doing a seriously good job! The manager also did her best to keep everyone informed and comfortable. If the music was less club like and the loo didn’t have fluid on the floor it would have been perfect!
