Very disappointed. Eyelash appointment said it would take 1 hour on Treatwell but took 2 hours and that was me rushing them as I had somewhere else to be. Eyelashes were not fully complete / hanging off and messy, with half of my right eye still not filled. I paid £50 as I did not have time to properly look at them in the salon and dispute them as I was running so late due to the appointment overrunning. They were so bad I had to take them off two days later and I could not got into the salon to complain as I was on holiday. I came to this salon in July and loved my lashes so am surprised at how bad they were this time. I also got a text from the salon after the appointment saying ‘You are rubbish’. Not quite the service I was expecting and very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone gets their eyelashes done here.
